Unexpected challenges at check-in

The location was perfect, just steps away from great eateries and attractions. The staff was friendly.

We faced a bizarre situation at check-in, where our reserved room was given away. We were placed in a handicap room instead, which didn't have the right shower as promised, leaving us disappointed.

The room was generous-sized, I had exceptional experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was convenient in the middle of jackson.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and the shopping mall and Thomasville and food places. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. A nice size room with fridge as well as microwave, and the pool was clean.

Just a reliable pick for a brief hiatus in Thomasville with all in all great value for money. I loved how the staff turned on the air conditioning before I arrived, making the room comfortable right away. Make sure to check if your room has all the basics you need.

My wife and I were visiting with family for a couple of days. We stayed from 4/23 to 4/25 and were pleasantly surprised. The room was newly remodeled and clean, the staff was all super helpful and attentive. The front desk staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.

While the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, the room was a letdown with a lingering cigarette smell and a few cleanliness issues. The hospitality shone through as they worked hard to make everything right.

The room was super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It's conveniently located near food places, a big plus. The owner was pleasant and helpful. I also loved the seasonal outdoor pool!

We stayed with the family, and the location was perfect for us! The kids loved the outdoor pool, and we enjoyed a fun outing at the nearby Country Oaks Golf Course. Our room was clean and cozy.

In my kids' opinion, the hotel could use a better playground for families. It would definitely keep the little ones entertained longer.

During my weekend stay, I loved how close I was to Cherokee Lake Park, just a 5-minute walk away, and the historic Thomas County Courthouse, only a bit over 4 km away, was a good spot to visit. The room was comfortable, catering perfectly to my solo traveling needs with ample space to unwind after my adventures, but the noisy AC unit could use some attention .

Amazing place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The friendly staff once helped me find a local taxi. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Had a great time here for the price. the location was spot on, close to restaurants, stores, and food joints. Also, there's a lake within a 40-minute walk or so! 🏞️
